Competition Terms & Conditions

1. To be entered into the free prize draw you must upload your image on the #LifeAtPlay page and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. By submitting the Consent Form, you consent for Plum Products Ltd to use a copy of your uploaded image for marketing purposes only, on all Plum websites linked from plumplay.com and Plum social media sites, and agree to these terms and conditions. You can ask us to remove your image from our website at any time by emailing us at marketing@plumproducts.com

3. A winning image will be picked each month and the winner will receive a $100 voucher to use at www.plumplay.co.au.

4. Your details will not be passed on to any third party.

5. The prize will be in the form of an e-voucher which will be valid for 12 months after winning. Plum Play Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers on our website and they can only be exchanged for goods of equal value or as part payment of a higher value purchase. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Entries are only open to Australian (AU) residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

7. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Plum®.

8. Only one entry per person is allowed.

9. Uploaded images must be your own. No copyrighted, indecent or offensive material is allowed.

10. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.

11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.

12. If you win the competition, we will notify you on social media. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.

13. By entering this competition, you agree for your photo to be used for marketing purposes in the Plum group.

14. The prize cannot be transferable to another person.

15. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.

16. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize to the same value.

18. Plum reserve the right to end this promotion at any time without prior notice.

19. By participating in this prize draw, participants confirm they have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

21. In accordance with our privacy policy, you may request at any time that your image, email address or any other details you submitted to us, be removed from our records and/or websites.
