The Christmas and New Year period is an exciting time, and we know questions can still come up — so we wanted to clearly outline how Plum Play will be operating over the holiday break.

While our team will be working with reduced staff during this time, we’re still here to help and will continue to support our customers as best we can.

Holiday Opening Hours

To make things as clear as possible, below are Plum Play’s Christmas and New Year operating hours.

Please note: On all days we are open during this period, Plum Play will be operating with a reduced Customer Service and warehouse team.

During these days, we will predominantly be handling general enquiries and dispatching orders as required.

- Please do not send multiple emails about the same enquiry.
- Please exercise patience. All enquiries and their full resolution are important to Plum. In some cases, we need information from third parties, and this is often where delays in our replies occur.
- If it is a tracking enquiry, what you see online is exactly what Plum sees. We don’t have any additional information and, if an issue arises, we must log an enquiry with the carrier.
