Wait for your ready email
We’ll email you when your order is ready. Book a suitable pickup time, then collect from our designated Click & Collect location.

Where is the pickup location?
Collection is from our designated Click & Collect location in Eastern Creek, Sydney, NSW 2766.
What days and times are available?
Customer pickup is available from 10:00am–3:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00am–2:30pm on Friday.
Will my order fit in my car?
Some cartons can be long, heavy or bulky, so please make sure you have an appropriate vehicle or trailer. When your order is ready, we’ll let you know how many boxes you’ll be collecting and the size of each.
Can someone help load the order?
Yes. A team member at the collection location can give you a hand loading the order into your vehicle.
What do I need to bring?
