REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase and that it inspires a lifetime of play! 

Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from www.plumplay.com.au.

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged, defective or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you will need to follow our standard returns policy.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please check for damage before signing for your delivery. Damaged item claims may not be accepted in cases where the delivery was signed for as items received in good condition. If you notice any damages on the item, please note it in the delivery slip.

Kindly contact our customer service team within 48hrs of receiving your items to report any issues or defects with your product. Our team will assess each case and may request images to support your claim. A refund or exchange may be offered, at our discretion. We may also request that the item be sent back to us.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 28 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Please note, in circumstances of change of mind returns, the delivery fee is non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

 

Please contact our customer service team to organise a refund, where your product will be reviewed and the return address provided if applicable. To do this, please go to our CONTACT US form and select 'I want to return my item (obtain RAN)' from the drop down menu. This must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and any returned goods must be received at our warehouse within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately, any returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Plumplay.com.au reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition, or to refuse to accept such goods at its sole discretion.

Plumplay.com.au also reserves the right to charge you a delivery fee for collecting goods from your premises, including an additional $13 fee for all collections in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order or changed your mind. Your statutory rights are not affected.
